I had a wonderful experience at this orthopedic practice today. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The staff who checked me in made me feel comfortable right away. The medical assistants were kind, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure they understood all of my concerns. Even the assistant who was in training was friendly and professional. The X-ray technician was incredibly patient and kind—especially since I get my left and right mixed up sometimes! She never made me feel embarrassed. Jordan Friday was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to every concern I had and addressed each one with genuine care and compassion. I truly felt heard, and she made me feel like my health mattered. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who looking for an othropedic that professional caring, professional, and treat patient eith kindness. Thank you all for such excellent care!

I see Andres, he takes my concerns legitimately and is amazing. He is thorough and listens. He has seen me emergently without hesitation to help me. Highly recommend and thankful to be in this teams care!

I stared having some knee pain and a family member told me about Stephen Dodd and suggested I go see him. I am so glad I took this advice. The office was very nice. The front desk staff friendly and the Xray tech was nice and professional. Mr. Dodd listened to my complaints and he talked to me about my X-rays. He was very informative and professional.

Loved Dr. Rowland, he was kind and explained everything he was going to do. Did not care to much for the staff at front desk that greet the people that walk in. I was over charged for my paperwork to be filed and to get someone on the line to ask a question, that does not happen. Shari, was a big help after the employee that I initially spoke to left and I was calling and leaving messages and was getting no response. Shari took over in her absence and was a big help to me, my money was reimbursed and she apologized for everything.

First time visit, my experience was excellent, I was immediately greeted and was checked in and sat in the waiting room for about one minute when my name was called. A young lady by the name of Trinity escorted me to a private room when she took down all my information about my knee pain, minutes later I was taken to another room for x-rays. Than the PA Stephen Dodds spoke with me and explained everything about my knee and several ways to possibly resolve the issue with knee replacement as a last step. He took the time to explain every detail without rushing me into any decision. He explained the cost and procedures. I have not seen this kind of Doctor's office personnel that they are all in one accord with such professionalism and caring, respectfulness towards their patients. If you are having any knee issues or joint pains, come over and give them the opportunity to serve you. I have future office visits with them and will be doing a follow-up report. By the way, the staff was very friendly, kind, respectful and very cheerful.
